Hi, I'm trying to help my mother switch from Net10 T-Mobile to Net10 AT&T. I sat with her as she was logged in to her account, and I didn't see how to accomplish this on the website. To be clear, she wants to keep Net10 with the same plan and same number, just AT&T service instead of T-Mobile. We have an AT&T SIM card ready to go. What's the next step?
