NET10 forcing us to use call centers now?

I'm trying to transfer my current net10 phone's number to a new net10 phone, but the website gives the error "The phone number provided is not active; please reactivate your service and then come back to complete this transaction."

Texting 611611 for support or activation doesn't work. The message gets delivered, but there's never any response. doesn't work. It says "CHAT ONLINE", but there are no links or buttons to any chat support.

"Live Agent Chat" from is just a redirect to the broken /contactus page.

PMs from moderators on this forum only reference "" which also redirects to the broken /contactus page.

I've been at this after work for two days now. Can someone either
    Send me a direct link to net10 chat support, if such a thing exists anymore?
    PM me directly to resolve this issue?
