Texting 611611 for support or activation doesn't work. The message gets delivered, but there's never any response.
https://www.net10wireless.com/contactus doesn't work. It says "CHAT ONLINE", but there are no links or buttons to any chat support.
"Live Agent Chat" from https://support.net10wireless.com/ is just a redirect to the broken /contactus page.
PMs from moderators on this forum only reference "http://bit.ly/2lHoBuo" which also redirects to the broken /contactus page.
I've been at this after work for two days now. Can someone either
- Send me a direct link to net10 chat support, if such a thing exists anymore?
