Need PUK Code - SIM Locked

Hi - Don't know how it happened but I can't dial out and got a message that says my SIM is locked and I should call Net10 to get a PUK. This begs the question, How am I expected to call when my phone is locked? Can you send a PUK to my email. I have an important doctor's appt via video chat (due to COVID-19 pandemic) and need to get this link up ASAP. Thanks.
