Need to switch phone number from my stolen device/SIM card

Postby mchrisman » Thu Apr 02, 2020 1:02 pm

Good afternoon all,

I am trying to figure out how to get my old net10 phone number (at&t) switched to a new [net10, also at&t] SIM card. My old phone with the SIM card with that number was stolen a few weeks ago, and I’ve finally received a new SIM card, which I’m putting in a different device and am trying to figure out the best way to go about getting my old number back. I’m wondering if I should activate my old device again via my net10 account or if I should register it as a new device. I’ve had trouble talking to customer service about this, so I’m reaching out to this community to see if anyone has dealt with a similar situation.

Thanks in advance!
