For two weeks I've been unable to use my phone. For a week I entered a PIN on the phone and got "Service unavailable, try later."
I went to the website and went through all the machinations there. I got the message "Turn phone OFF and back ON/Make a call./If the call is not successful, wait a few minutes and reboot phone again. " I did that at least five times. Each time I called out I got a recording: "Oh no! Looks like you're out of minutes!"
The "Chat" on the web site does not work. Typing "Agent" just sends me back to the help/support/FAQs page.
Here's something interesting: I COULD call Net10. I spent about four hours with various people I could barely understand telling them what the problem is. I resorted to texting. I've wasted an hour of the airtime I added. I still cannot make calls.
