Transfer failed

I just tried to transfer my existing net10 service and phone number to another device that was purchased from the net10 online store, but it seems the transfer failed. My old device now no longer has service, but the service never started working on the new device.
The net10 live chat link on the /contactus page doesn't seem to be working, and I can't call the support forums because now my service isn't working, either.
Can I please get some help with this?

The 611611 number does not work. When I send a text to it, nothing happens. The chat section of
https://www.net10wireless.com/contactus is also blank.
Does online support exist anymore, or are we force to use the call centers? Still trying to find a working method to transfer my number to a new net10 phone after all this time.
Moderators used to be able to PM me with a resolution, and lately it's been all radio silence.
