I just tried to transfer my existing net10 service and phone number to another device that was purchased from the net10 online store, but it seems the transfer failed. My old device now no longer has service, but the service never started working on the new device.
The net10 live chat link on the /contactus page doesn't seem to be working, and I can't call the support forums because now my service isn't working, either.
Can I please get some help with this?
