CANT LOGIN TO WEBSITE

I can't login to the website and I need to make changes within my account. Why is this not possible? It says account not found. When I use the Net10 App it shows me my summary on the dashboard, but won't login to my account to actually see the details. Somebody please help!

Hello, I am having the same problem - I can't login to the Net10 website despite entering in the correct credentials. Also, when I try to reset my PW by clicking "forgot password" an automated message appears that "there is no email address linked to this account", but my email address is definitely linked to my account. Net10 has no problem sending 5 years of billing receipts to this email address!
