i need help activating my net sim that has been deactived PL

I've been using this NET10 sim card now for many years, ive had the number changed a few times over the past few years and after reciving a phone from my company i no longer needed to buy a new plan each moth. I am however now at the point where i need to buy a new monthly plan which i purchased a net10 card at the store like i normally do and when trying to login in I found out that the sim has been deactivated> i could really use some help getting my phone turned back on and starting my new monthly plan. Please help
