NET10 says cannot activate new sim cards???

NET10 says cannot activate new sim cards???

Bought new sim cards off the NET10 site and they are verizon compatible cards. I have 2 of them, NET10 says that there is nothing that they can do but send me to Walmart to buy a new kit.

Why should I have to buy a new kit when I have already bought them off the NET10 site?

Why wont they work or why arent they showing up??

Can someone please help me with this issue????????????
