I am attempting to reactivate my Net10 prepaid phone with an Airtime Card that I purchased in a store.
When I try to add my Airtime through my phone, I get the message: "PIN in invalid"
When I try to add it on the NET10 website, I get the message: "Your phone or device is not compatible with this Airtime PIN or Data PIN, which means you won't be able to use it now nor in the future. If you are activating this phone or device for the first time, you can do that without a PIN only for prepaid phones. Otherwise, you will need to provide a different Airtime PIN or Data PIN."
Is there anything I can do to get the time added to my phone?
Any help is appreciated.
