Airtime PIN Not Compatible With Phone?

I am attempting to reactivate my Net10 prepaid phone with an Airtime Card that I purchased in a store.

When I try to add my Airtime through my phone, I get the message: "PIN in invalid"

When I try to add it on the NET10 website, I get the message: "Your phone or device is not compatible with this Airtime PIN or Data PIN, which means you won't be able to use it now nor in the future. If you are activating this phone or device for the first time, you can do that without a PIN only for prepaid phones. Otherwise, you will need to provide a different Airtime PIN or Data PIN."

Is there anything I can do to get the time added to my phone?

I recently bought a $25.00 airtime card and when I tried to add it found out it was the wrong airtime card. The store will not take the card back because they don't know if I used it or not. I told them that my phone had no minutes on it so the airtime was not added but, on the receipt it says all sales are final. So how do I get my money back?

When I attempted to add the Net10 $25 airtime card I purchased for my Net10 phone it told me the two were incompatible. Please help.

I purchased an airtime card with my phone and when I attempted to activate them I received the message:

"Your phone or device is not compatible with this Airtime PIN or Data PIN, which means you won't be able to use it now nor in the future. If you are activating this phone or device for the first time, you can do that without a PIN only for prepaid phones. Otherwise, you will need to provide a different Airtime PIN or Data PIN."

There was no indication on the packaging that the two were incompatible as both are Net10 products and I hope you can offer me a refund.

I also bought the wrong prepaid card not realizing that smart phones only accepts the Unlimited plans. Can Net10 add any unused value to the phone?

When I try to add one it says "The Service Plan PIN you entered is not compatible with your device. Please enter a different PIN."
