Hi, I have different new phone (which I also bought directly from net10 online store), and I still get issues trying to use the net10 website to transfer my current service and phone number to it.
I get "The phone number provided is not active; please reactivate your service and then come back to complete this transaction." Even though this is my current, active service.
The link posted earlier in this thread goes to "https://www.net10wireless.com/contactus" and the "CHAT ONLINE" section is always empty for me. Can I PM a global moderator to get this transfer completed?
