Please help me! My wife and I both have Blu Studio 6.0 HD android 4.4.2 smart phones. We recently just added another month to each phone and the last couple days we are getting no data outside our home only text and phone calls work. We have had APN settings that worked for the last 4 months and they worked great no problems. Now the 4G icon next to our signal bars don't show up and we can't receive picture messages or go on the internet. I've tried to call net10 and they just gave me new completely different APN settings and that's not fixing anything! I just want my 4G icon back and data working again its not the APN settings. Do you send a new signal or fix my Sim card somehow? Please help they have fixed it before and the lady on the phone said something was wrong with the Sim card she sent a signal and asked to me to reboot my phone and then the 4G icon came back and it worked again. These people on the 1-800 net10 customer service phone have no clue how to fix this. Getting ready to switch to a different provider.

Tried making new APN after chatting to Lindsay did not fix anything. I've tried so many configurations of APN and no 4G icon will come up... I made sure mobile data was turned on and WiFi was turned off as always. Still trying......

I am having the same problem.

Have a T-mobile phone and got a new sim for the NET10 BYOP.
Bought a $50 plan for the month.
The day before it expired, I called and bought another $50 card for the month and activated it over the phone.

After it was activated, the data stopped working. Ive been on the phone with them for a total of 6 hrs, and it hasnt been resolved.

I need it taken care of, im missing emails and all sorts of other things.

Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know its something on their end they need to fix. Maybe send a signal or something to the phone because I took the Sim card out and put it in a T-Mobile phone and it's having the same problem. Their trying to say both my wife and my phone are broken and I need to contact the manufacture lol. My phones been working fine for 4 months why do they keep wanting to mess with my APN settings when those were working fine! I had data working and the 4G icon was showing up and after the refill it dissapeared on both our phones at the same time. My wife is angry with me and wants to go to a different company now. I guess I have no other choice. I just don't get it Net10 fixed this problem before when I called in a couple weeks after having the same problem. The lady on the phone did not mess with my APN she said she notice a problem with my Sim card and did something to it told me to reboot my phone and I had 4G icon again. I just don't get it! You think they would have that problem on record on my account and look it up and do it again. Its whatever though I've wasted 2 days straight messing around with APN settings like they wanted and I'm getting no where. For all I know they have my Data shut off and they just don't realize it. I guess I'm ranting and being rude so sorry for that just 4 months everything was fine now I'm out of luck and told this is how its going to be now. Venting out in this comment sorry.

I put my friends T-Mobile Sim card in my phone and the 4G icon shows up :/ lol phone is not broken. Hundreds of customers with this problem are the Net10 reps. Telling them their phones are broken too. I'm cross examining every angle of the situation and it all goes back to Net10 needs to fix this. Its not my phone or APN Settings.

Same issue - i spoke with support already. They are "re-provisioning" my account / SIM card. Something with the billing cycle seems to have knocked some SIM cards off the system. Re-provisioning should fix it. If you call or talk to support, request they do the same and see if it fixes your problem.

Any of you have any luck getting this fixed?!? I called customer support already and they were not able to fix my problem. They simply said that because my phone was unlocked that they could not guarantee my data would work. All the while it's been working since February of this year. I have a T-mobile phone and my husband has an AT&T phone. His data is still working.

What gives?!? I'm ready to blow up!! :x

Well both my phone and wife is running on the Net 10 T mobile Sim card... Maybe there is something going on with just T-Mobile?
