I know its something on their end they need to fix. Maybe send a signal or something to the phone because I took the Sim card out and put it in a T-Mobile phone and it's having the same problem. Their trying to say both my wife and my phone are broken and I need to contact the manufacture lol. My phones been working fine for 4 months why do they keep wanting to mess with my APN settings when those were working fine! I had data working and the 4G icon was showing up and after the refill it dissapeared on both our phones at the same time. My wife is angry with me and wants to go to a different company now. I guess I have no other choice. I just don't get it Net10 fixed this problem before when I called in a couple weeks after having the same problem. The lady on the phone did not mess with my APN she said she notice a problem with my Sim card and did something to it told me to reboot my phone and I had 4G icon again. I just don't get it! You think they would have that problem on record on my account and look it up and do it again. Its whatever though I've wasted 2 days straight messing around with APN settings like they wanted and I'm getting no where. For all I know they have my Data shut off and they just don't realize it. I guess I'm ranting and being rude so sorry for that just 4 months everything was fine now I'm out of luck and told this is how its going to be now. Venting out in this comment sorry.
