To whom it may concern,

My wife and I both own Blu studio 6.0 HD model D650a
We have had these phones since December 2014. It took us a week to get the right APN settings to get our data to work so we could do picture messaging and surf the internet when we are away from home. Just in the last day or so both our phones have lost the 4G icon near the signal bar at the top of the screen and the data is no longer working. We cannot surf the internet or send pictures through text anymore. We can only make phone calls and send basic text. So everything has been working great for both our phones in the last 4+ months and now data is not working on both our phones? I call net10 they gave me completely different APN settings but still NO 4G icon! There must be something wrong with the data activation on the Sim card. I've tried all possible APN settings but the 4G icon will not show up near my signal bars indicating I have data coming in and out. The first week I had these phones I called Net10 and she made changes to my sim card and told me to reboot my phone and then the 4G icon showed up again. So I'm pretty sure the APN settings are fine they have been working for 4 months! And its happening to both our phones so I know it couldn't be the phones are broken like the Rep said. Problem not fixed messing with APN settings and noticing a lot people using T-Mobile Sim cards are no longer getting data. People using AT&T Sims are still working and getting data. How is Net10 going to fix this and why are they saying me and my wife have a broken phone when so many people are having this problem what are they hiding? Why don't they just be honest and say a lot of people are experiencing this problem we are working on fixing this. Maybe a Theory is that T-mobile is no longer allowing net10's customers to stream data on their towers. Who knows!?! The rep said they put notes on my account about helping me troubleshoot and there is nothing more they can do for me. So I called today to get more help and the rep instantly said hold on I see notes on your account oh OK it looks like someone has already helped you the best they could and could not fix the problem and they said your phones are defective and you need to contact the manufacture.

So this is it..... Net10 is no longer going to help me my account has been noted with my phone is broken its not our fault it's nothing we can help you with.

If my phone and my wife's phone broke at the same time with the same problem!!! Then why are there many other people on here experiencing this problem. I doubt 2 phones same model same brand break at thee exact sane time with same problem... Grrr how rude and a lame excuse

Oh their next excuse is we cannot guarantee Data service ONLY calling and basic text. My data has been working for 4 months! And now It stopped along with many other
T-Mobile Sim card BYOP customers.
