My wife and I both own Blu studio 6.0 HD model D650a
We have had these phones since December 2014. It took us a week to get the right APN settings to get our data to work so we could do picture messaging and surf the internet when we are away from home. Just in the last day or so both our phones have lost the 4G icon near the signal bar at the top of the screen and the data is no longer working. We cannot surf the internet or send pictures through text anymore. We can only make phone calls and send basic text. So everything has been working great for both our phones in the last 4+ months and now data is not working on both our phones? I call net10 they gave me completely different APN settings but still NO 4G icon! There must be something wrong with the data activation on the Sim card. I've tried all possible APN settings but the 4G icon will not show up near my signal bars indicating I have data coming in and out. The first week I had these phones I called Net10 and she made changes to my sim card and told me to reboot my phone and then the 4G icon showed up again. So I'm pretty sure the APN settings are fine they have been working for 4 months! And its happening to both our phones so I know it couldn't be the phones are broken like the Rep said.
