Hi,

I recently (yesterday) tried to purchase more minutes for my phone, but when I went to submit my card a message popped up that said, " Credit Card was not valid yet it shows up on my bank statements as being charged. However, I have not received any minutes/airtime and now my phone is deactivated.

I had the same problem. Tried 4 times to pay and kept getting credit card not valid. So I called Net 10 and they have no record of payment. I was told to call my bank and infact in was charges 4 times and now I have to wait 10 days until the "pending charges" come off. Let just say im not very pleased with Net 10.

I too had this happen today. I would be shocked if net10 resolves this as I have had problems with their customer service. Good Luck.....40 bucks plus taxes gone. No minutes added.

Did you ever get it sorted out? The same thing happened to me today. makes me furious

I just attempted to purchase additional minutes and got the same "Credit card Not Valid" message and immediately was charged 3 times on my card. The charges have already gone through!!! Is this a scam? Will I get the minutes. Do I need to stop payment? Angry!!!
