I made two purchases this morning. The first one went through, no problems! The second one stated that I can't make a purchase with a credit card. However, my bank was charged an additional $44.48?!?! My phone works just fine, but my husbands does not! I don't understand why I was charged, and I did not get the airtime?!?! I am hoping this gets fixed! I've never had anything like this happen before!! Frustrated!!

I recently tried to purchase more minutes for my phone, but when I went to submit my card a message popped up that said, " Credit Card was not valid yet it shows up on my bank statements as being charged. However, I have not received any minutes/airtime and now my phone is deactivated. I need help.

Why doesn't anyone respond with an answer that we ALL CAN READ instead of sending the message to look in your mail box from some Net10 Cust. Service rep.!!!!! I am new here and asked a question and got the same thing..."look in your "In Box" . Great, all he told me was the Customer Service number. Because I am so dumb that I didn't have that already! Not to mention trying to talk to someone that speaks good ENGLISH and not Phillinenesenglish!!
Everyone here is asking about Credit card charges being made to their card BUT NO MINUTES being added to their plan. Has anyone got an answer or resolution that they care to share?????????????????????
