i just want to say, i am seriously sorry to hear that happened to you. but the only thing i can think up of is try getting another sim card and try activating your phone. this time, use the 25 dollar card (never had problems with it myself).

if all else fails or if you do not have the funds to do this, then i leave the decisions up to you.

DOUBLE CHARGE, need refund.

I got a refill on my account fo $60 on April 22, 2020. The total came out to be $64.62. However, when I checked my bank account I saw I was charged twice. I see this in my NET10 account too. I called customer service to get my refund but they completely disregarded me and hung up on me.

I need this my refund ASAP.
