Double Charge

Double Charge

I signed up for the Easy Minutes 15 this month and was charged twice. I tried calling the support number but it keeps saying the transaction is in progress and hangs up on me.
Let me know how to resolve this.

I am having the same problem today and was told on the phone to wait 24 hours to see if it goes through twice. If so they will give me a refund. The thing is my bank took the money out twice so now I am -1.50 in my checking account! I am not happy! :evil:

I in essence paid $30+ for the $15 easy minutes and now my phone is deactivated.

Hi, I payed for my service a couple of day ago and I just saw that in my account I'm been charged double for my service, I would like to get a refund.
