Hi guys,
I was trying to activate the phone today with a new SIM card and went OK all the way to the payment page. When I entered my debit card details and clicked CONTINUE button, the page hang up. The second attempt produced the same result. Called to the bank and they confermed that the bank account was debitted twice. Called to Net 10 support at 1877-836-2368 and they said that I had a bad credit card and the payment didn't go through. As result, I was charged twice and my phone is not active.
Their support lady said that they would credit the account back, but I can't believe that...
