I also need to cancel my auto-refill. I did not want to sign up for it, as we only use Net10 temporarily when we're in the U.S. When I reactivated the phone this time, I was not given the option of just buying one month of service without also accepting the auto-refill. For future reference, is there a better way to purchase temporary coverage?

Hi, need to cancel my auto refill. Lame that this is secret information. It clearly states on your website that I can cancel any time. Yet, that is not true! Trying to cancel is impossible. WTF! Why don't you give people the option to cancel without having to resort to sending messages on the forum, and then you guys say, "we'll let you know in a non-public (ie. secret) manner." Looking forward to getting the secret cancellation details. Noticed Net 10 is registered in CA. Maybe the Attorney General of CA would like to know how to cancel an auto refill account with NET 10. Hmmmmm.....
