Hello, I am having the same problem - I can't login to the Net10 website despite entering in the correct credentials. Also, when I try to reset my PW by clicking "forgot password" an automated message appears that "there is no email address linked to this account", but my email address is definitely linked to my account. Net10 has no problem sending 5 years of billing receipts to this email address!
