My Samsung SCH-r451c is stuck at the Net10 Animated wallpaper, I have removed the battery and still it doesn't get past the blue animated Net10 wallpaper, I am getting text messages still but cannot read them because the keys won't respond. The keypad is not locked I tried unlocking keypad already, HELP!

Please insert it back and make sure to connect the gold connectors from the phone to the gold connectors of the battery then plug the charger. Then please turn the phone on and let me know if it works. Thanks!
