I tried to add a 750 minute card to my phone by way of the add minutes feature on my phone. I still had minutes from my last card purchase, but my due date was up. It then told me to call and add the minutes that way. So, I called and attempted to add the minutes that way. It said that the minutes would be added. Even this morning the minutes still have not been added. The phone still says I have only the 200+ minutes I had left over from the last card and that my due date is 4-21-12. But, I can still make calls and it deducts minutes from the 200+ minute balance. Please tell me how to fix it so I know my current minutes remaining and my new due date.
