Can't add minutes

I have an airtime card. I have tried adding it on my phone and it keeps saying an error occurred. I tried to add it online and it keeps running me around in circles between 3 screens, but won't get to the screen where I can add minutes. HELP! PLEASE!

It would be easier if you would just tell me why the Net10 website is not working properly, or even better if they would get it working properly. I only have 9 minutes left on my phone and need to get this airtime card added.
