I live in 93614 area. I've had no signal/no service since 11/23/11. Signal strength was pretty good, a little sporadic in my area but now, nothing. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone (land line) with tech support to tell me that they probably have some "tower" issues. Can't get any service and no signal where I'm at anymore. Cricket used to be the worst for 93614. That's why I dropped them, now all of a sudden it's nothing with Net10. It happened just about the time I added new monthly minutes. Coincidence, maybe! I don't know. Even driving 5-6 miles down the road I still don't get any service. So what gives guys? I was given a "ticket" number but when I put it in to check it, "there's no such number". So I had to start the process all over again. I go through their little tests and it says, probably cell tower problem. DUH! And to try back in 24-48 hours. I'm almost there so fix the stupid towers, protocol or something. Just make it work!!!
