need to get my time added to my phone

I go thru this every month, time that is supposed to be automatically added to my phone is not. I need to have the time added to my phone. Money has been automatically taken out of my account as it is every month but as usual no time has been added. I need to get this done. The email I have says to go to my account and click on the Please make sure that your NET10 is TURNED "ON"
Go to www.net10.com, click 'MY ACCOUNT'(located in the upper right hand corner of the screen) then sign into your account.
Click ACCOUNT SUMMARY
Click "YES" in the column marked "UPDATE." Then follow the instructions displayed on screen.
I do not have an update I have an update info but that is only for me to update my personal info. Please advise. Thanks
