Kyocera jumbled

tonight my Kyocera keyboard produces jumbled letters. For example, I pick P and it gives me Q.
Before that I was trying to enter the word "twine" and it came out "twing" and sent me into some
alternative keyboard setting.

I took the battery out and put it back in. Same thng. What else can I try?
