please help very important

Please I need help and FAST. First of all I am a domestic violence victim. Its a huge huge case this man is an absolute monster. On my ZTE Merit I have loads of evidence I was getting ready to load onto SD Cards last night as we have court next week and the DA needs this evidence.
My phone was going kind of slow so I turned it off and tried to turn it back on but, when I went to turn it back on it went to the normal screen that says ZTE on it. Then to the blue screen that says a service of tracfone wireless, Inc. and it just keeps repeating the blue screen over and over nothing else. I cant even turn it off unless I take the back off and push little button near camera lens.. please can someone tell me what went wrong and how to fix it quickly?

h took sims out wiped it and no change. still no working phone.
