On hold for an hour and a half with no solution

I was on hold for a hour and a half and was told when they finally got there that my voicemail password was the last four digits of my phone number and was assured that was correct and when we hung up. I called voice mail as soon as we hung up and sure enough i was told it was the wrong password. Needless to say im a little heated.

I'd love to be on hold with customer service, but I can't even place a call with this stupid phone...
