No Signal/No Service in 93614

I live in 93614 area. I've had no signal/no service since 11/23/11. Signal strength was pretty good, a little sporadic in my area but now, nothing. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone (land line) with tech support to tell me that they probably have some "tower" issues. Can't get any service and no signal where I'm at anymore. Cricket used to be the worst for 93614. That's why I dropped them, now all of a sudden it's nothing with Net10. It happened just about the time I added new monthly minutes. Coincidence, maybe! I don't know. Even driving 5-6 miles down the road I still don't get any service. So what gives guys? I was given a "ticket" number but when I put it in to check it, "there's no such number". So I had to start the process all over again. I go through their little tests and it says, probably cell tower problem. DUH! And to try back in 24-48 hours. I'm almost there so fix the stupid towers, protocol or something. Just make it work!!!

Hey Bonzai,

Did you get this resolved? We are having the same problem in zipcode 21740. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support 3 times over the weekend. Second person said they were upgrading towers and to wait 24 hours. Third person didn't know anything about tower issues. Said they don't have any service in that area, yet the phone worked fine before. Sounds like BS to me.

When dialing *22801 I get a message from US Cellular that we are not allowed on their service.

So I was told in a PM from you that there are NO CDMA towers in our 2nd area (21740), and that we would have to order a GSM phone. So we ordered ANOTHER phone (GSM), paid for shipping to send our sons back, and will have to pay shipping to send ours back once the new one comes. We came up here to 21740 last night and the first phone is working (Roam). So now we have wasted more time and money on this.

Does anyone at Net10 know what they are doing? Does no one at Net10 have an accurate map of your service area?
Telling me that getting service is a "Glitch". This is crazy!
