0100 reactivation

Hello, so I bought my phone and verything was good. 1 week ago, my credit and days became 0, and i didn´t mid buying a card until today. Now the thing is that when i try to put the card pin into the phone, it says . I already tried to reactivate my phone on the web site by puting the activation number, and it says it cannot be reactivated.Thanks
