Wont Reactivate

Ok ive had a net 10 phone sitting around without service for like 6+ months and my safeway is sold out of minute cards so i tried to buy a unlimited card online and reactivate the phone but it keeps telling me i have to buy airtime to reactivate the phone but when i try it tells me i need to reactivate the phone to buy one, which if you read that right does NOT MAKE SENSE...if someone can help please do im at a loss here after seeing that about 50 times.
