Sorry for having to do this, but I will be posting the same message 5 times. The reason for this is I am having problems with my minutes not being added to my phone even though I was charged for them. Technical support is not working on the main website so I can not submit a trouble report. I got a private message from a moderator who wished to assist with the problem, but before I can reply to her message I have to make five posts before the the reply option becomes available to me. Yeah that's stupid I know. This is one hot mess!!!!!

Will somebody please fix the main site and rework this retarded forum. If I seem mad I am. I am enrolled in monthly minutes and my minutes were not added even though my account was charged. I have zero minutes as a result, and zero service dates. I have no service and I sure that people have been trying to contact me and may be worried. This absolutely sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get this together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A moderator of this forum contacted me via private message to assist but I can't reply because that function is not available to me because I just registered. So it says that you have to make 5 posts before you can reply to a private message. I have made more than 5 posts and still cannot reply to the moderator. I am so tired of having to call customer service and right now I can't even do that because I don't access to a secondary phone. Technical support on the main NET10 webpage is down. This is sh*t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
