Sorry for having to do this, but I will be posting the same message 5 times. The reason for this is I am having problems with my minutes not being added to my phone even though I was charged for them. Technical support is not working on the main website so I can not submit a trouble report. I got a private message from a moderator who wished to assist with the problem, but before I can reply to her message I have to make five posts before the the reply option becomes available to me. Yeah that's stupid I know. This is one hot mess!!!!!
