I BOUGHT THIS PHONE AND CANT GET IT TODIAL OUT IT SAYS WELCOME TO WIRELESS ROAMING ENTER A CREDIT CARD NUMBER THE NUMBER IW AS ASSIGNED IS BUSY

I have this phone and it will not let me add air time online. It says the transaction was unable to be processed.

i turned mine off and when i turnedc it back on it was locked but every time i enter my pass code it says incorrect code... what is going on? and how do i unlock my phone?

I too purchased this phone, i don't know what the problem is but i completed all steps online...to activation complete. I added my 750 minutes air time card online nothing. i posted 06/10/11 about this problem and send email and nothing. there admins out there right to help solved this.
