When I tried to add minutes, my phone said "system unavailable try again later". When I tried customer service I get no option to speak to a real person. The computer sends me to code entry mode. Parameter 00 says "18". Computer tells me to enter a code which is invalid. Then tells me to enter the same code. Same thing online. The same invalid code over and over and over...well you get the picture. How do you get to talk to a REAL person?

Had this phone for about 2 years. About 1 week ago, my phone started to act really slow, then a couple days after that, it wouldn't let me view my text message inbox (kept showing "please try again later"). I then turned it off by holding the PWR button and turned it back on. When I turned it back on it would take about 5 minutes to load up. I then went to my text messages and gave me the same "please try again later". I then powered the phone off again, when I turned it back on, the screen was dimmed and in a whole different language "French maybe?", It looks like it was asking for a code, but when i input any key the phone freezes. Also there is a SOS button that I pressed and within 20 minutes there was police at my house. I really liked my phone but now I think it is dead :cry: .

I bought my lgl35g~ bought $50 to renew airtime, and it will not work. The phone line is no help. A total rip off. I would never buy anything from this company again, and will tell all my friends this.

I have been using my LG300G for a long time, been a great phone, then yesterday I was on a call and the phone dropped the call, now I cannot make or receive calls, It is still active til 03/31 and has minutes, when someone calls it rings but I cannot accept the call. When I try and make a call it makes a beep and then nothing. I have tried to do a master clear and a master reset but still nothing. Im not sure how to correct this. Any suggestions?
