Net10 Busy Signal

My phone has plenty of minutes and days left, but I cannot make/receive calls or texts. When I make calls, all I get is a fast busy signal. I called 611 (which is the only number that works), I spend an hour on the phone (deducting my minutes, of course) but they can't figure out what's wrong. They connect me to another department and then drop the call.
