LG rebel 3 wont work on I65 in KY

Got a LG Rebel 3 to replace my busted Rebel. Now I no longer can make calls on I65 in Ky, from the Tn line to Elizabethtown, works fine everywhere else. Get a error message the number is not a valid number, but text and data work finme. Error code seems to be BG7( hard to hear). Old phone worked fine in that area!

Well, talked to customer disservice and the response was phones dont work everywhere. When I pointed out my old net10 phone worked fine, got some BS about the towers being different and that net10 cant help that. So its off to a new carrier I go -- why chase away long term customers with made up BS? I have worked phone towers -- and I was never even asked for the error code I get! What a joke of customer service!
