LG L45C Can't send/receive picture texts or access internet.

For awhile now I have been unable to send or receive texts that include pictures. I am also unable to access the internet. I have a LG L45C phone.

Looking up info online it says to check the APN settings, but they are not available on my phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
