LG Setup Wizard Has Stopped

I need to talk to someone in support as soon as possible. I purchased a refurbished LG Power phone for my daughter, and while setting it up I keep getting a message that says "Unfortunately, LGSetupWizard has stopped." I hit OK on the message window and the phone either sends me to a blank screen or restarts the wizard. This has happened over and over.

I managed to swipe down from the top of the screen to access the phone settings. I performed a factory reset, but the same thing happened.

The phone is useless at the moment. Is there a way to bypass the setup wizard and get to the home screen?
