I need to talk to someone in customer support about changing my phone number. I keep getting voice messages that are worthless. And net10 phone number is all ads

Just bought a net10 wireless for $25, my first time ever using a net10card! What I am highly upset about, is that the card did not stipulate that the card would not be compatible with my LG smartphone. When I tried to go back to the store that I purchased it from in order to purchase a net10 card for a higher amount which would enable me to use that said one on my smartphone, I was told that I couldn't exchange or received a refund!. I am now pondering which step I should take next. This is robbery!
