Suspended service

I added a net10 $25 dollar card and have been getting the run around ever since. I am beyond frustrated that nobody has the answer as to why my phone number was suspended and Hey tried to change it and still I have the wait. I have waited for 5 days without a phone and I am truly upset and disappointed.
