Downloading voicemail?

Hi,

I got a message saying that "Changes are coming to your phone in 7 days. GO to 4a1.nt-10.co for details on how to retrieve and save your messages."

The webpage does not say how to save my voicemail messages. I have a very special voicemail left by a relative who has died and I really, really need to make sure it is not deleted.
