have a broken screen on the outside of a flip phone, if i buy a new phone, how do i activate and keep the same #?

Or, you can contact our Customer Care Hotline at 1-877-836-2368 from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST, Monday to Sunday. Please make sure not to activate the new phone first.
