Hello, I'm trying to get my service to run correctly. About 3 days ago I was in a live chat with an agent who tried to run me through troubleshooting on trying to get my Net10 phone to receive texts. It didn't fix the issue.
Originally I had issues topping up, I would get the minutes refreshed but still said 0 service days. I could call, but not text. There are 13 service days left now, but I fear that if I try to top up again, it will do the same thing.
For now, I'd just like to get texting fixed. There's sufficient space too.
