I have an L15G phone and a pay as you go plan with net10, and today I discovered that my phone will not recognize wifi. It can't even see what networks are available, let alone connect to them.
When I go to settings>wifi there is just a message that says "turning on wifi" for a while before the wifi automatically switches off.
Worse, when I tried to call tech support about this, I discovered that trying to make a phone call doesn't work. The phone ap just freezes up and I get an android message saying it has stopped responding and asking if I would like to wait or close it.
Normally, at this point, I would try a factory reset but that is "disabled by server policy".
I tried calling your contact number on a different phone and all I got was a busy signal. I tried clicking on the thing that says "chat now!" on your website and nothing happens. Hopefully there is some way to resolve my problem.
