Reactivating Phone

Reactivating Phone

I followed the instructions on Net10.com to reactivate my phone. I entered the IMEI, provided my sim card number, typed in the zip code and entered my new airtime pin.

I got this error: "Your transaction cannot be processed at this time."

Can you please help? Thanks
