When is your Chat Service? I clicked the link just now
and it took me to A FAQ PAGE. >:(
How long does the link stay active?
Also, when I chatted online with another representative,
he tried to help me receive my text messages upon
re-activating my phone
Whatever he did, he caused my phone to go back
to the settings that were there before I paid for another
month
I JUST PAID to receive another 1000 minutes.....and whatever
he did, cancelled that out, and now my phone is DE-ACTIVATED
AGAIN
I swear if this isn't resolved soon, I'm DROPPING Net 10
FOREVER. And I'll leave bad reviews every where I can think to,
including the Better Business Bureau
I'M SICK of this....every month
