no phone service LGL15G

I don't have any phone service, no texting, and no internet (even while using a wifi connection). The service came back once or twice in the last 2 days, but then the service would stop again. Every time I try to make a phone call, the message, "emergence calls only", will display. The texts I try to send, all say "sending". I removed and put back both the new SIM (received a new SIM from Net10 about a month ago - had to replace the original one) and the battery. This didn't help. I don't have another phone to use to call customer service/technical support. Please help.
